Industrial and commercial users make up a significant part of total territorial GHG emissions in Stevenage. Investment in decarbonising industrial process and improving commercial buildings and assets' energy efficiency and resources utilisation are key areas to support with financial contribution from the Government. It is also important to educate and provide guidance to our business and residents to act upon on it. Furthermore, preparing our local supply chains to meet the requirements of our economy is also critical to face GHG emissions from the different activities and services we conduct and provide.
