Description
Symonds Green Common is an old village green and consists of an area of semi-improved, rough and somewhat tussocky, neutral to acidic grassland with a wet ditch and small ponds.
- To maintain the current cutting regime which has improved the grassland which is now rich in flowering plants and with abundant invertebrates.
